1. After your order is accepted, we will arrange the delivery to you as soon as possible. We will adjust the delivery date accordingly due to the delayed payment approval from the credit card bank. You will receive a call notification from SF Express courier before the arrival of the goods. Please make sure all your ordered items listed in the invoice/delivery note (as the case may be) are delivered, then sign and return the delivery note to courier to confirm your acceptance of goods. All expected delivery dates and time is estimation only. OPTICAL 88 shall not be liable for any loss or damage incurred or suffered by the customer as a result of any late delivery.
2. You shall give no less than 24 hours' notice from 9:00am to 5:00pm (Saturday, Sunday and public holiday excluded) to OPTICAL 88 Customer Service hotline 2113 2363 in respect of any request for change in delivery time, date and/or place, delivery of additional purchase, or change of purchased item.
3. If for security reason or any other reasons, our courier is not able to deliver the goods to the billing address as specified in your order and get your receipt confirmation, we may ask you to collect the goods from one of our stores and will not attempt any additional delivery. We reserve the right of final decision in case of any dispute.
Store Pick Up Service
Free pick up service at any selected OPTICAL 88 stores upon purchase of HK$250 or above.
Order will be arranged from our logistic centre, which takes time. Please do not come to our store to pickup until the pickup notification is received by email.
You can pick up the goods you ordered in person or by an authorized representative. Please log in to your account and present your order number to our staff.
If we are not satisfied that the person requesting to collect your order(s) is yourself or your authorized representative, we will refuse the collection of the order(s) in order to safeguard your interest.
1. You are not allowed to change the selected store for collection once the order is confirmed, color or model of the selected product or to change to any other product except as agreed by us.
2. If the selected store is closed due to weather or any other unpredicted factors, please contact the selected store to confirm the business hours before visit or contact OPTICAL 88 customer service hotline 2113 2363 (Monday to Friday from 9 am to 5 pm, Saturday, Sunday and public holiday excluded) to make arrangements.
