Voucher will be sent to you by E-mail within 5 working days after purchased.

Option A: Comprehensive Eye Exam + LENS (Single Vision) + Frame*  

Single Vision: Fully covered lens option (Anti-reflective and EMI Shielding included) or an allowance up to HK$640 toward any lens of your choice

Option B: Comprehensive Eye Exam + LENS (Progressive) + Frame* 

 Progressive: Fully covered lens option (Anti-reflective & easy-to-clean coating included) or an allowance up to HK$1,200 toward any lens of your choice +20% discount on amount over the allowance.

*Frame: allowance of HK$1,100-Member can choose from a collection of designer eyewear with no out-of-pocket cost +20% discount on the amount exceeding the allowance

Option C: Comprehensive Eye Exam + Contact lens

 Contact lens-HK$900 per year towards contact lenses instead of glasses (Lenses and frame) + 10% discount on the amount exceeding the allowance

Contact lens exam - fitting and evaluation when purchasing contact lens

Comprehensive Eye Examination requires 45 minutes

Service include:

• Case history
• Refraction check*
- Measurement of Myopia,Hyperopia, Astigmatism, etc.
• Intra-ocular (IOP) pressuremeasurement
- Rise in IOP pressure may resultin Glaucoma which may cause blindness if left untreated
• Binocular vision assessment
- Assessment on squint,accommodation (changing focus) ability and motility (alignment of eyes intracking target)
• Colour vision test
- Test on ability todifferentiate colors
• Ocular health and fundus examination
- Assessment of dry eyes, cornealhealth, cataract, macular problems, retinal hole, etc.
• Consultation andrecommendation

*Important Reminder: Pupil dilation maybe needed during eye exam. We suggest you to put on sunglasses, avoid driving, using computer and reading after eye examination. In general, ocular function will resume normal after 4-6 hours.

Redemption Letter Validity Period: 365 days after issue.

Please call the Professional Eyecare Centre to make an appointment for your eye examination after purchase of voucher. You can also make an appointment by filling in the online form. You may also visit any of our shops to choose your eyewear.

You are required to inform us 24 hours in advance for appointment rescheduling. For any missed appointments, Optical 88 Ltd. reserves the right to refuse any rescheduling or refund.
