Notes for Service Appointment


  1. The customer can make an appointment for the preferred centre, date and time on the “My Appointments” page from his/her account after purchasing the service.
  2. The customer must complete the reservation and payment within 30 minutes upon reserving the preferred slot. The customer is required to restart the reservation if he/she fails to do so.
  3. The appointment can be updated 3 times at a maximum which is only limited to the appointment over 72 hours from confirmation. The appointment within 72 hours cannot be changed.
  4. The appointment cannot be canceled or refunded once confirmed.

Reminder: No change can be made for any reserved slots within 72 hours from confirmation.
