How to redeem

Pediatric Audiological Assessment requires 60 minutes, service include:
1. Otoscopy
- Abnormality such as earwax occlusion and otitis externa will be identified
2. Tympanometry
- Middle ear problems, such as middle ear fluid and impacted earwax will be revealed
3. Acoustic Reflexes Thresholds
4. Age-specific Audiological Assessment
• Distraction Test (6 months of age to 1 year old)
Sounds will be produced out of infant’s visual view to assess the ability of the infant to hear a sound and turn to locate it. It helps to establish the minimum response level which the infant could hear.
• Visual Reinforcement Audiometry (9 months of age to 2 years old)
The child will be taught to link the sound to a visual reward. Once the child could associate the sound and the visual reward, sounds of different frequency and intensity will be tested to determine the hearing levels of the child.
• Conditioned Play Audiometry (2 to 6 years old)
The child will be shown to perform a repetitive play task such as placing a toy in a bucket when a sound is heard. The pitch and the loudness of the sound will be varied to determine the child's hearing thresholds.
Terms & Conditions:
1. This voucher is only applicable to OPTICAL 88 Hearing Care Centre.
2. The service is only applicable to children ages of 0 and 6.
3. Advanced booking is required for Hearing Assessment. For booking rescheduling, please contact us 24 hours before the appointment.
4. Appointment cannot be rescheduled or cancelled upon confirmation. For any missed appointments, OPTICAL 88 Ltd. reserves the right to refuse any rescheduling or refund.
5. Please present the E-voucher code to our staff for redemption. Find your redemption voucher in "Purchased Voucher".
6. This voucher can only be used once.
7. This voucher is valid for 90 Days from the date of issue.
8. In case of any disputes, OPTICAL 88 Hearing Care Centre reserves the rights for final decision.
